1 banana, frozen and sliced
1 1/4 cup mineral water
1 tbsp high-quality protein powder (optional)

Put all the ingredients above in a blender.

Lemon Lime Ginger Ale
Lemon Lime Ginger Ale
Handful of grapes, unstemmed
1 apple, cored and sliced
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1/2 lime
1/4 lemon
Mineral water
Juice the apple and ginger together.
Then juice the rest of the fruit.
Pour the juice into a large glass then top with sparkling water.
Serve cold or with ice.
