Summer Shake
1/2 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 mango, skinned and sliced
2 tbsp frozen pina coloda mix / 1/8 tsp natural coconut extract
1 1/4 cup mineral water
1 tbsp high-quality protein powder (optional)
1 ts flax seed oil (optional)
6 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients above in a blender.
Blend until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a tall glass.
Serve immediately.
